Terms Imposed on The Customer and the Company

• Prevents the sites that are contrary to Islamic law and which contain images or videos unethical.
• Sites prevent anti-state policy.
• Prevents the niche sites in the hacking.
• Prevents upload of patches, viruses , shell scripts, mailer scripts and spam and any similar files.
• Prevents upload a large-size files (movies, games, etc. ...) on hosting space and do download for it, and no objection from Foreign links.
• Contact members, and taken Backup be at dawn to maintain the efficiency of the server (from 1 am to 10 am Cairo Time).
• Prevents the installation of chat scripts on the host space the site, and no objection from put code of (Applet) chat.
• Prevents lifting session (increase of Who's online now or Who is online since today) than the normal because they are leading to higher compression and higher load server.
• Backup (daily, weekly and monthly in the currently time), but the client has the full responsible for the backup.
• Prevents installation of Forums in Packages ( BS100 & BS250 ) and the minimum package can install Forum in it is BS500.
• Our Services belongs to the customer only, and customer is not entitled to sell or lease this space without reference to us or let us know and when such occurrences are off site so we can see the real owner of the site.
• Our client responsible about any losses incurred For Our Servers or any other party resulting from the use of another person for the user account or password secret.
• Our Clients have to renew before end of the service by 7 days, if the customer did not renew before the end of service we will suspend his service for 10 days only and the customer can order backup of his site before the end of this 10 days, after finished of this 10 days we will delete the site files from our servers and we are not responsible about any backup for the client site after this time.
• Our Clients have to be care about the limit of his service Properties like (Space, Bandwidth, Email Accounts, ... etc).
• Null Software and Scripts is deleted if reported.
• Web Sites that causing the high load on the server will closed after the first alert.
• Back guarantee in the amount paid within 15 days if not satisfied with the service for reasons acceptable only (applies to annual payment only) after 15 days the clients not allowed to return its money back.
• Domain Registration has no back guarantee.
• Technical support to customers free of charge throughout the period of Hosting and technical support function based on the maintenance and follow-up server only, They are not binding and can not be responsible for providing any kind of technical support services for any programs or scripts installed on the client area of the website (eg forums, content management software ... etc.), clients can get free technical support through or forums BarakaSoft Forums if there is any problem in its website files or software installed.
• we provide compensation for non-work site for an additional period free of charge (for reasons the stop of server only).
• Any sexual content, patches, viruses, shell scripts, Miller, spamm, PayPal scam, uploading the large files on the site and make download for it, and contact members at the time that non-specific, will be exposed to a fine of 200 LE and will close your site and will not open or gave backup only after the payment of the fine described.
• Dealing with BarakaSoft should be through official emails only just like (sales@barakasoft.com), we were not involved in any free email and therefore do not take responsibility for dealing with it (like yahoo, hotmail and gmail ...etc).
• Each client has its own ID number, dealing with us come through this ID only (the client must write its ID in any contact with us to get faster reply).
• We can update or modify to these rules at any time as we see appropriate without giving any reason, so each client should visit the rules Constantly to get any update.
• Did not read the rules is your responsibility, so it is not allowed to tell us that you did not read the rules or do not know it.
• As you are hosted your site on our Servers, so you are fully agree with the rules above.
